It has a fairly full-bodied structure and a dry taste with evident but never pungent tannins.
The controlled designation of origin of the Lacrima di Morro D’Alba wine must be composed of the Lacrima grape for at least 85% with the addition of Montepulciano and / or Verdicchio to the extent of 15% maximum.
It is a typical wine of the Marche that goes well with typical Marche products: Fabriano larded salami, ciavuscolo salami, first courses with meat sauce, white meat dishes.
The serving temperature of Lacrima wine is 16-18 ° C.
