Agriturismo La Contea
La Contea is a holiday farm situated on a sweetly sloping hill in Senigallia, only 5 minutes away from the beach. Surrounded by nature and completely renovated in 2016 with the latest anti-seismic regulations, the farmhouse has 4 two-bedroom apartments and 1 studio apartment, all provided with kitchen and bathroom.
Each apartment is characterized by the elegance and the preservation of the typical characteristics of the old farmhouses. All pieces of furniture are painted with non-toxic paints; great care is paid to interior decoration. Restaurant available upon reservation. Guests can enjoy the nature and the garden with ancient olive trees and fruit plants. The property is completely fenced and three apartments have a private walled garden.
Pets are admitted without additional costs. A valid ID health card with vaccinations and registration in the dog register are required.
