A countryside manor from the early 20th century, situated on the hills at about 500 m above the sea level, with large rooms. It is surrounded by 1-hectare property, with near-by sunflower and corn fields. The B&B is equipped with a fenced pen for animals. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view both from their rooms and the garden. .

The refurbishing works recovered the value of a typical farmhouse using original materials and objects from the old rural tradition of the Marche region to discover ad preserve the originality of the farmhouse. Guests can go back to old-time comforts, with rocking chairs, benches, a loft, lanterns, and tester beds. The old “taste” was restored with loyalty and love.
