The house is situated 150 m from the beach, amongst olive trees, a vegetable garden and a park, surrounded by a biodynamic resilient environment that can be enjoyed by the guests. It is situated in a residential area south of Senigallia, rich of public parks equipped for open air activities, with bicycle lanes and professional sports facilities.

Every room has a direct independent access and a private bathroom. The house offers accommodation and breakfast, with daily cleaning and linen change every 3 days.
